Watchlist & Bidding
Your Watchlist and Bidding tools on TradeAv make it easy to track items you’re interested in and manage your bids across multiple listings. These features help you stay organised and never miss out on the items you want.
Using Your Watchlist
- Click the “Add to Watchlist” button on any listing you’d like to monitor.
- All items you add will appear in your personal Watchlist section under your account menu.
- Your Watchlist lets you quickly check item status, price updates, and auction end times.
- You can remove items anytime by clicking “Remove from Watchlist.”
Placing a Bid
- Enter your maximum bid amount — TradeAv’s bidding system will automatically bid up to that limit on your behalf.
- Once placed, a bid is legally binding if you win the auction.
- Review your bid carefully before confirming, as bids can’t be cancelled or changed once submitted.
- The highest bidder at the time the auction closes wins the item.
Managing Your Bids
- View your active bids and status in your My Account → Bidding section.
- Monitor auction end times closely — especially if another bidder places a higher offer near closing.
- If you win, payment and shipping must be arranged directly with the seller promptly.
- If you lose an auction, the item will remain in your Watchlist until you remove it.
Bidding Rules & Conduct
- Only bid if you fully intend to complete the purchase — all winning bids are binding agreements.
- Do not attempt to manipulate prices or place fake bids — this may result in account suspension.
- Respect sellers’ terms, payment timelines, and shipping conditions.
- Bidding is not retractable once confirmed.
TradeAv’s Role
- TradeAv is a facilitator only — all bids, sales, and transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
- We do not control or guarantee any auction outcomes, payments, or communication between users.
- TradeAv accepts no responsibility for errors, disputes, or issues arising from bidding activity.
- All participants are responsible for ensuring their bids, payments, and listings comply with TradeAv’s site terms.
