⭐ Feedback & Ratings
After a transaction is complete, you can leave feedback for the seller and view feedback that others have left for you. Feedback helps maintain trust and transparency across the TradeAv marketplace.
Feedback Email Notification
Once your item has been marked as sold or delivered, you’ll receive an email in your inbox from TradeAv prompting you to leave feedback for the seller. Simply click the feedback link in the email — it will take you straight to the seller’s feedback form where you can leave your rating and comment.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder and mark it as safe for future notifications.
Where to submit Feedback
- Go to your My Flight Account/Home.
- Choose from:
- My Bidding
- Listings Won
- Your Items You Have Purchased
- Next to each completed item, you’ll see on the right-hand side 3 dots:
- Submit Feedback
- Contact
- View Listing
Submitting Feedback
- Click Submit Feedback beside the listing or open the seller’s page.
- Select your star rating (1–5 stars) — 5 stars means excellent experience.
- Write a short comment describing your transaction.
- Click Submit to save and post your feedback.
You can also click on the listing itself to leave feedback directly from the item page.

Viewing Feedback
- Go to your Feedback section in your account dashboard.
- Click on the listing or feedback number to view details.
- Feedback includes ratings, comments, and timestamps for each transaction.
You can also view a seller’s feedback directly by clicking their name or the star rating under their listing.
Feedback Summary
Example: Seller feedback summary showing overall and seller ratings with recent comments.
- Overall Average – Shows your total rating from all transactions.
- Seller Average – Displays ratings received from buyers.
- Buyer Average – Displays ratings you’ve received as a buyer.
Use the tabs such as All Feedback, Feedback from Buyers, and Feedback from Sellers to view your feedback history.
